You will need to travel to the Gold Coast at your own expense.

Direct flights to the Gold Coast (Coolangatta Airport) are available on a variety of airlines including Qantas, Jetstar, Virgin Australia, Rex and AirNZ.

If travelling from interstate please book the flights that suit you. 

With the exception of WA, there are flights departing from all capital cities on the morning of Wednesday 29 November that will get you into the Gold Coast in time for the Conference start.

Please make your own way to your hotel and the conference venue.

12.30pm Conference sessions start

     Thursday 30 November

5.00pm Conference concludes

If departing on Thursday, we suggest you check out from your hotel and bring your luggage to the venue in the morning. Luggage storage will be available.

If departing from Coolangatta/Gold Coast Airport - We suggest booking flights from 7pm onwards or the following day.

If departing from Brisbane Airport - We suggest booking flights from 8pm onwards or the following day.

Should you wish to depart the Gold Coast after the Summit on Thursday evening, direct flights are scheduled from the Airports as follows:

DEPARTER TRANSFERS

Coolangatta/Gold Coast Airport is approximately a 30-45 minute drive from the GCCEC.

Coach transfers will be available from the GCCEC to Coolangatta Airport at 5.00pm on Thursday 30 November.
