Flights & Transfers

As you prepare to book your flights and arrange transfers, here are a few important tips to ensure a smooth travel experience.


Noosa is accessed by air from many Australian capital cities, either direct or via Sydney into Sunshine Coast Airport or direct flights into Brisbane Airport.

  • Sunshine Coast domestic airport at Maroochydore - 30 minute drive (45 km north) 

  • Brisbane Domestic Airport - 90 minute drive (150 km north)

If required please book your own flights to Sunshine Coast Airport or Brisbane Airport. 


Transfers will be available as per below so take note of the following pick up and drop off times when making your flight bookings.

Please indicate whether you'll be utilising these transfers when you are registering or notify the LMG Events team once flights are confirmed. 

If you prefer to travel outside these times please make your own transfer arrangements. (see below)

SUNDAY 20 OCTOBER

11.00 am | Pick up from Brisbane International Airport

1.00pm | Pick up from Brisbane Domestic Airport

1.30pm | Pick up from Sunshine Coast Airport


TUESDAY 22 OCTOBER

Transfers will depart after lunch at 2.30pm.

3.15 pm | Drop off at Sunshine Coast Airport
(book flights from 4.15pm)

4.15 pm | Drop off at Brisbane International Airport 
(book flights from 6.30pm)

4.30 pm | Drop off at Brisbane Domestic Airport
(book flights from 5.30pm)


Looking for another transfer option?

If you wish to travel to or from Noosa outside these times please make your own transfers arrangements. Car hire or shuttle transfers are available from Sunshine Coast or Brisbane Airports.

BNE Airport Shuttle - shared door to door $83 OW / $160 R | Hourly, departs on the half hour
