CYCLONE UPDATE: 3pm 9th March 2025: Growth Summit Rescheduled to 1-2 April 2025.

Following extensive discussions with local authorities and guidance from our venue the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, Growth Summit will no longer be able to proceed as planned on the 12th & 13th March. 

We have rescheduled to Tuesday 1st – Wednesday 2nd April 2025.  Please check your inbox for an email detailing your options. 

We hope to still see you there!

What happens next?

FOR THOSE ALREADY REGISTERED

  • Your registration will automatically carry over to the new dates 1-2 April. If you need to transfer your spot, you’re welcome to. 
  • If you are unable to attend, please let us know by emailing us and we'll include you in the list of refunds.
  • First release price $450 applies to everyone: we'll refund you the difference after the event. This includes the group discount.
  • Accommodation & flights. Please check with your providers about rebooking options. If you have booked in Dorsett through our booking link, please see accommodation section below. 
  • Wild West Broker Fest is becoming Wild West Give Fest, a fundraiser to support local recovery efforts and help those impacted. 
  • A reminder all refunds will be processed after the event. 

What’s included in my registration?

  • 2 Days of Conference sessions
  • All food and beverage throughout the program at the GCCEC
  • Entry to the Wild West GiveFest* on Tuesday night

*Broker Party will now be Wild West GiveFest, a fundraiser to support local recovery efforts and help those impacted.

Are there discounts available for team and group registrations?

  • Yes, discounts are available for team and group registrations. Kindly visit the ticket page.
  • Please note: these discounts will be applied and refunded after the event.
    • Refunds won’t be issued for no-shows.
    • Please ensure all your team members is part of your group registration for the group discount to be eligible. 
    • The refund will be included in your monthly billing invoice (April-May 2025). You will receive an email from us once the refund has been processed. 
    • If you don't have details in our system, we will reach out to you for your bank details.  

Can I bring a partner to the Broker Party?

Absolutely. 

Partner tickets are $200 per person and include dinner, drinks, and entertainment for the evening. This can be purchased during registration or email us.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Please let us know your dietary needs during registration so we can make arrangements. 

What is the dress code?

  • Conference: Smart business casual
  • Wild West GiveFest: Cowbow hats and boots

Can't attend both days? We have 1-day registration available      

$320 - Day 1 includes access to the conference day and the Broker party 
$320 - Day 2 includes access to the community breakfast, the conference day and workshops.

Already booked your accommodation through the booking links?

DORSETT GOLD COAST:
Please email reservations.goldcoast@dorsetthotels.com with the subject 'GROWTH SUMMIT NEW DATES' to request for a cancellation. This will be a 'free cancellation' and you will be able to re-book to the new dates 1-2 April. 
The hotel kindly asks to avoid calling them directly due to high demand of enquiries.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

You’re responsible for making your own way. Options include:

  • Taxi rank: Located at the southern end of the terminal, outside domestic arrivals.
  • Rideshare pick-up: At the northern end of the terminal, outside departures.

How do I get to and from the conference venue?

Attendees are responsible for their own transport between their accommodation and the GCCEC. 

Do I need to arrange my own accommodation?

Yes, you’re responsible for booking your accommodation. Visit our Accommodation page for special rates with our partner hotels.
