At the end of the registration process, you will be prompted to make a payment. Please note, there will be a 1.95% processing fee that is applied to your booking and you'll also see this amount on the payment page.

Whether you’re flying in or driving, Melbourne is easy to reach. Flights arrive daily into Melbourne (MEL) from every major city and most regional centres, and Avalon Airport (AVV) is also an option, just over an hour’s drive away. Kindly organise your own travel to and from the event.

You will be required to make your own way to/from your hotel and the event venue. 

You may grab a taxi or rideshare from your terminal and get dropped off at the Convention Centre Place entrance.  For those driving in, car parking is available near the Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Accommodation is not included in the registration package, so you'll need to book your own.

If you’d like to bring a guest or partner, you’re welcome to purchase one additional ticket. (Guest tickets are limited to 1 per attendee.)

Tickets are $250 AUD per person and include dinner, drinks, and entertainment.

Travel and transfers - Please make your own travel and transfer arrangements to the Summit. Please keep in mind the following timings when making your arrangements:

• • Top 250 - we'll be hosting this event on Monday, 2 March 2026 from 3.00pm. If you’re eligible, plan your travel accordingly. Invitations will be sent later this year.
  • Onsite registration at the Summit will open in the afternoon of Monday 2nd March.
  • The Summit will official close at 345pm on Wednesday 4th March. Please plan your travel accordingly. Flights departing no earlier than 6.00pm are recommended.
